Tailored for young adults, students, and newcomers seeking to navigate New York City through an authentic and relatable lens, this project seamlessly combines design, writing, and photography to establish a polished yet approachable brand identity.

From its bold, hand-illustrated logo—designed in Adobe Illustrator and polished in Procreate—to its elegant layout crafted in Adobe InDesign, the magazine reflects a cohesive visual narrative that aligns with the dynamic energy of NYC. Each page is thoughtfully structured for clarity and aesthetic appeal, ensuring a seamless flow of content that is as engaging to look at as it is to read.

The written content utilizes free indirect discourse, a sophisticated narrative technique that bridges personal perspective and universal appeal. This style allows readers to step into the experiences being shared, from savoring unforgettable meals to navigating the city’s endless possibilities.
